  • This was caused by going off the runway, not the actual landing itself as the headline would leave you to believe. Aging aircraft can still be quite safe so long as they are inspected persuant to their inspection cycle.

  • First, I'm not a republican or democrat, I'd consider myself an independent. The problem is that once a law is in effect, it is very difficult to repeal. It's not that simple. In the mean time, all of us would pay the consequences of such a poorley written bill.

  • Flight attendants brag about how they are there for emergency situations and not really to be a maid service. If they can't keep their cool under such easy circumstances such as this, compared to an emergency situation, I wonder if they are fit to be flight attendents?
